Reflections

Over the past month, there have been many times that have taken their toll.

I dream of a country where everyone would treat everyone with unconditional high regard, accepting everyone for who they are without question; where no one felt hate towards one another.

Unfortunately, we’re far away from that Utopian paradise; and it seems that every day we are getting farther and farther away.

Orlando. Minneapolis/St. Paul. Baton Rouge. Dallas. St. Louis.

Way too many people who are no longer with us because someone else decided that they should be able to hold someone else to a lower level of regard, then themselves, or someone else.

But in addition to the people who are no longer with us, many others continue to suffer from the aftermath of the actions of others.
